Josh Gaskell is a commercial portrait photographer, working in events, music and as a visual arts photographer. Gaskell has worked with clients including Lamb Weston, Harper and Lewis, and The RAF, facilitating experience across a range of disciplines. Music photography is a passion, and has seen Gaskell photograph musicians including Echosmith and Larkins. Additionally, he has experience working as a social media manager for several organisations and events, formerly managing The University of Birmingham Air Squadron's social media presence. Most recently, Josh Gaskell worked as a photography technician in a well-equipped school, allowing him to advance his studio and darkroom practice which was initiated during his Photography BA(Hons) degree at Coventry University. He achieved a First Class with Honours degree following on from his project 'My Sister, Grace.' which explores themes of landscape and memory, expressing his observation of Grace's experience with cancer in memorandum.
